At Kitab Al Quran, we care deeply about our students and their learning experience. Our aim is to make every step of Quran learning smooth and satisfying, from class registration to ongoing lessons. We ensure that all students feel supported and valued throughout their time with us.
Our dedicated support team is available around the clock to assist with any questions about classes, teachers, fee policies, or scheduling. We work to resolve all concerns as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, to make sure our students receive the best service and guidance.
We also take the privacy and security of our students, teachers, and staff very seriously. All personal information, including contact details and class records, is kept safe and never shared with any third party. Protecting your data is our responsibility, and we handle it with complete care and confidentiality.

Terms of Service
When you register for online Quran classes or any course with Kitab Al Quran, you agree to follow the terms and conditions listed below. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth and fair learning experience for all students.
- After completing 2 or 3 free trial classes, you can decide whether to continue and enroll yourself or your child in our regular online Quran classes.
- Once enrolled, fees must be paid before the due date. If payment is delayed by more than 4 days, your classes may be temporarily suspended.
- If fees remain unpaid for more than 7 days, Kitab Al Quran reserves the right to discontinue your classes.
- If you take a break for one or two weeks and wish to continue later, you must pay the full monthly fee to reserve your slot with the same teacher.
- Please inform our support team if you plan to take leave from your classes. Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled.
- Makeup classes are offered based on teacher availability and must be scheduled in advance with our support team.
- If you wish to cancel your classes, please inform customer support by email or WhatsApp at least one day in advance.
- Kitab Al Quran reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of any student who remains absent for more than one week without notice.
- Once assigned to a teacher, students may request a change only after completing one month of classes.
- Kitab Al Quran may reassign teachers when necessary to maintain the quality of education.
- If a teacher resigns or becomes unavailable, we will promptly assign a new qualified teacher for your classes.
- These terms of service apply to all students enrolled in any course offered by Kitab Al Quran.
