Refund Policy at Kitab Al Quran

At Kitab Al Quran, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for every student. Once the trial class period ends, students can request a full refund of their fees. However, once a regular class has been taken after the trial, the fees become non-refundable. Below are the conditions for fee refunds:

Case 1

Students may request a refund only after completing the free trial classes.

Case 2

A refund will be issued if Kitab Al Quran fails to provide classes according to the agreed schedule.

Case 3

Once a student attends a regular class after the trial period, no refund will be granted.

Case 4

If a student decides to pause classes for any reason, the paid amount will be adjusted toward the next month’s classes.

Case 5

If the cost of processing a refund exceeds the total fee amount, Kitab Al Quran will not issue a refund.

Additionally, if Kitab Al Quran is unable to provide classes at the scheduled time, we will either arrange a refund or offer to reschedule the classes as per the student’s convenience.
